We picked up module by module redesigning. The requirement and app flow discussion involved vendor. They suggest a new screen design which goes through review and signoff.

We did launch new face of one the product module of CRUX which gained leads in yearly event organized for Insurtech companies.

We connect on timelines of completion, to check progress. For initial discussion of requirements we had face to face meetings.
